This page explains what cookies and similar technologies the claimjam.com site uses, why they're needed, and how you can manage them. This policy supplements the Privacy policy.
Cookies are small text files that the site saves in your browser. They let us remember your preferences (for example, your chosen language) and understand how visitors use the site. Similar technologies — localStorage and tracking pixels — are used for the same purposes, and everything below applies to them too.
As things stand, the public part of the site doesn't set any cookies for visitors. The only exception is the technical login session for the private management panel (`admin.php`), which isn't available to regular visitors and is password-protected; it has nothing to do with your visit as a customer.
Since no cookies are set for visitors, a consent banner isn't currently required under applicable rules (ePrivacy). If we add something that requires cookies in the future (for example, advertising pixels), this page will be updated in advance, and a banner with an explicit choice will appear before those cookies start being set — not after the fact.

This cookie is only set for whoever logs into the password-protected admin panel — that is, us, not regular site visitors.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a traffic statistics service that, by design, doesn't set cookies or collect data that could identify a specific visitor. It only shows aggregated numbers: how many people visited, from which pages, from which countries — without tracking an individual user across visits.
Since no cookies are used, under applicable rules (ePrivacy) no consent is required for this analytics — just as for the strictly necessary cookie above.
We currently don't use advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and similar). If we add them in the future, this page will be updated in advance, and a cookie banner with an explicit choice will appear before those cookies start being set.
Some cookies are set not by us but by external services: analytics platforms, social networks (when embedding videos or review widgets), the e-signature service. These services process data under their own policies, links to which are available on request. We have data processing agreements (DPAs) in place with all providers that process personal data.
The retention period is shown in the table above. We review this page whenever anything changes about the technologies the site uses.
If the set of cookies changes, we'll update this page and, if needed, ask for consent again. The date of the current version is shown above.
