Track my case

Enter your case number and the email you gave us when you signed up — we'll send the current status to your inbox. No sign-up or password needed.

Your case number is in the confirmation email you got right after signing the power of attorney. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or write to us.

What each status means

A typical case journey from filing to payout. We email you at every stage change, so you usually don't need to check the status manually.

  1. 1

    Checking the circumstances

We cross-check the flight data against airline and airport records: actual arrival time, the reason for the delay, how much notice was given for a cancellation. This stage decides whether there's a basis for a claim.

    Usually 1–3 business days
  2. 2

    Power of attorney signed

You sign the power of attorney with an electronic signature — it gives us the right to officially represent your interests with the airline and the enforcement body. Without this step, we can't approach the carrier on your behalf.

    Usually takes 2–5 minutes
  3. 3

    Claim sent

The claim citing EC 261/2004 has been sent to the airline. The carrier is required to review it, but response times vary a lot between airlines.

    Response usually within 2–8 weeks
  4. 4

    Correspondence with the airline

We respond to document requests and refusals. If the carrier cites extraordinary circumstances, we ask for supporting evidence — that claim often turns out to be unfounded.

    From a few weeks
  5. 5

    Complaint to the enforcement body

If the airline refused without justification, we file a complaint with the national enforcement body (NEB) of the carrier's country. This costs you nothing extra. If this doesn't work either, we'll let you know and close our handling of the case; further legal action isn't included in the service.

Timeline depends on the enforcement body
  6. 6

    Compensation approved

The airline has confirmed the payout and will transfer the compensation directly to you. As soon as you receive the money, let us know via this tracking page — we need that to issue the fee invoice.

Transfer usually takes 5–15 business days
  7. 7

    Payout received

The compensation has arrived in your account from the airline, in full. We issue a separate invoice for the 20% fee — payable within 14 days of issuance.
